Comfort level: on our 0 to 10 Comfort Scale, with 0 being the softest and 10 the firmest, the Maple Falls Pillowtop mattress is rated a 6.0 MEDIUM-COMFORT.  The top layers of organic cotton, wool, and 3" of GOLS-certified organic latex completely eliminate pressure points and provide a cozy and conforming surface while the pocketed coil innerspring provides the perfect adaptive support you need for proper ergonomic alignment.  The Maple Falls is is our most popular pillowtop, loved by both side and back sleepers and all who prefer that Goldilocks "not too firm, not too soft" feel.
