Shipping policy

WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY

We are only able to offer White Glove delivery within 75-100 miles of our store.  Fees may apply depending on the zip code and distance from our store.  For any White Glove delivery, we will speak with you to schedule a delivery date and time.  For all White Glove deliveries, our two-man delivery team will fully setup your order to your satisfaction, and if you have an old mattress and box spring you need removed, they will haul it away to be recycled.  

Outside of our local delivery area, we're able to provide White Glove Delivery across the USA through third-party carriers.  Fees will apply for this type of delivery, and service may vary slightly depending on delivery address and the specific carrier.

DIRECT DELIVERY VIA UPS

For all direct deliveries via UPS, we will provide tracking information at the time of shipment.  We are not responsible for UPS service performance, and we will not be able to provide you with a specific delivery date or time unless you choose a premium shipping option such as Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air (fees apply).  We will also be unable to remove your old mattress.
