The Ethical Mattress Company is by far the best mattress store we’ve ever been in. Bryan provides top notch customer service. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and helpful. He only sells well-made, quality mattresses. You can’t go wrong. We bought a Shifman mattress from him and absolutely love it. We’ll be buying one or two more mattresses from him in the near future. We’re grateful to have this wonderful store nearby.

I was trying to place an order online and I had to call due to a technical issue and the owner answered the phone even though they were closed already and he was actually on his way home. That says a lot about the company and the product you’re buying so shout out to Bryan for helping me out! I chose this mattress because the price is extremely reasonable especially compared to other brands that go way beyond 1k in price which is crazy. The organic/natural materials were my top choice in a mattress, but also the color of the fabric. This Mattress has grey accents which I love because over time a completely white mattress will look dirty and gross whereas this grey/white fabric will not show staining. The shipping was very fast too and came right on time. I’ve been using this mattress for a month now and this is a really nice hotel quality mattress. I travel for work and I use different mattresses in many different hotels. This mattress is so so nice to come home to after a long work week away from home. In conclusion: BUY IT! You spend so much of your time sleeping why not invest in something that will make you feel good and also help your body relax? This mattress is worth it 100%

Bryan was amazing helping my daughter select a mattress. I was so impressed with his industry knowledge and the story of how he founded this brand. There was no pressure and he made us feel at home. After purchase, he delivered to our house and helped us get the bed set up. My daughter has been sleeping great, and I've even slept on the bed a couple of nights and loved it. Highly recommend!

I loved our mattress-buying experience at The Ethical Mattress Co. So nice to shop local and to be able to purchase a mattress manufactured locally as well. Bryan was friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate that he did not try to upsell us when he knew the less expensive mattress was a good fit for us. The store itself is peaceful and clean. Even the delivery guys were great. We're really happy with our new mattress. I can't recommend this place enough.

I recently purchased a mattress for my daughter at college. My experience with Ethical Mattress Co and Bryan, the owner could not have been more pleasant. Bryan is incredibly knowledgeable about the product lines he carries and listened to our needs: comfort, price and delivery. He timed the delivery to when we would be arriving to move her into her apartment and it was so easy to unpack and set up the bed. I never felt any pressure when buying or concern about the mattress arriving on time. We went to Ethical Mattress after having looked in a mattress chain store. No comparison in the experience. Bryan was knowledgeable, helpful, low key (no pressure) and a pleasure to deal with. We found the mattresses there to be high quality and reasonably priced. After purchase Bryan personally came and oversaw delivery and installation. He even returned a few weeks later to help us install the headboard (a headboard we had purchased online, and not in his store!) We couldn't recommend Bryan and Ethical Mattress any more enthusiastically.

I called the company directly to ask a question and the owner picked up the phone. He was beyond nice and provided amazing customer service. The mattress shipped right away and came with a personalized handwritten card, which I thought was a very nice touch. I was looking at several other mattresses for comparison and this one also had one of the best price points out there for this level of quality. I was a little hesitant about buying a mattress in a box but it really looked great once I removed the wrapping and like any other mattress that had never been in a box. I love that this mattress is free of chemicals commonly found in other mattresses and that it is made in the USA.

I appreciate the time you took to help me get those encasements on and the topper and properly appoint the bed in it's place in the room. I wanted to let you know that when you opened the plastic from the mattress, I smelled no outgassing or odors at all and even after you left, there was no odor which is great! I LOVE the organic cotton blanket! That was very thoughtful of you and I will certainly be using it a lot! Thank you and keep up the great mission!

And I have to admit, after reading to her before bedtime, I keep falling asleep in it myself - ha! It's so comfortable, and it helps to know it's all natural and doesn't have any toxins.
