BedTech’s innovative BT-X4 is our most affordable adjustable base option. It offers the core features of an adjustable base, including a wireless remote control with programmable memory position, head and foot adjustment capability, and adjustable leg height.
And for those who want the benefit of independent head adjustment without needing to split the entire mattress from head to foot, the BT-X4 offers a split-head option in both Queen & King size.
Adaptable and easy to set up, the BT-X4 can stand alone or fit inside any existing bedframe. Lightweight yet sturdy, the BT-X4 ships folded in half and is super easy to bring into your home.

Shipping via UPS or FedEx Freight - Our adjustable bases can be delivered anywhere in the continental USA via UPS (under 150 lbs) or FedEx Freight (over 150 lbs). The base will be delivered folded in half and packaged in a heavy duty cardboard box, and left at your door. You will need to unpack and setup the base yourself, but don't worry...it's easy!
In-Home Delivery - In our local delivery area, we're able to perform white-glove delivery to your home (if you have also purchased a mattress from us). Two men will arrive at a pre-scheduled time to deliver and setup your new base along with your mattress. Additionally, they will remove your old mattress and bedframe for recycling.

Our Adjustable Bases are made to intentionally measure 1" below the standard spec for each mattress size. This ensures they will easily fit inside your bedrame.

Delivery Options
We are able to offer three delivery options for the Natural Dreams Essential mattress collection:
FREE Shipping via UPS - This mattress can be delivered anywhere in the continental USA via UPS. The mattress will be delivered compressed in a small box and left at your door. You will need to unpack and setup the mattress yourself, but don't worry...it's easy!
STORE PICKUP - Need it immediately? Stop by our store, take it home and sleep on it tonight. The small box can easily fit in the trunk of your car, or even in the backseat!
WHITE GLOVE - In our local New Jersey delivery area, we're able to perform white-glove delivery to your home. If you choose this option, two men will arrive at a pre-scheduled time to deliver and setup your new mattress. Additionally, they will remove your old mattress for recycling.
